YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIVING A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, YOU MUST EITHER:
1. SEND A SIGNED AND DATED WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION BY REGISTERED OR CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED; OR 2. PERSONALLY DELIVER A SIGNED AND DATED WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO: ALL FLOORS LABOR LLC601 ROUTE 72 EASTMANAHAWKIN, NJ, 08050(609) 549-3146If you cancel this contract within the three (3) day period you are entitled to a full refund of your money. After this period, all returned purchases are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders take a minimum of 10-14 business days.
THE MERCHANDISE YOU HAVE ORDERED IS PROMISED FOR DELIVERY TO YOU ON OR BEFORE 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER. IF THE MERCHANDISE ORDERED BY YOU IS NOT DELIVERED BY THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE, ALL FLOORS LABOR MUST OFFER YOU THE CHOICE OF (1) CANCELLING YOUR ORDER WITH A PROMPT FULL REFUND OF ANY PAYMENTS YOU HAVE MADE, OR (2) ACCEPTING DELIVERY AT A SPECIFIC LATER DATE.
Customer is responsible to inspect all materials and products prior to installation. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the material for acceptability prior to installation.
ABSOLUTELY NO CLAIM WILL BE HONORED AFTER THE MATERIAL IS INSTALLED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE COST PRICE OF THE MATERIAL TO OUR CUSTOMER. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MATERIAL. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS.
Returns will only be accepted with sales receipt dated within thirty (30) days of purchase date with the exception of stock area rugs; they must be returned within 48 hours of sale. All returned items must be in saleable condition. Returns must be in full, unopened cartons or packaging.
